I am going to vote to approve this trade, but to be honest I really thought hard about this one

Veto
Bleday is a good prospect but 6 contracts can be used to win a top tier MLB player. A top tier player should be worth more than a late 1st round pick to me. Contracts can win championships so they should land something that has a better guaranteed future than one prospect.

Veto
To me this is a blatant attempt to subvert the salary cap of the league. A mid to late season rental normally costs more than this and this is getting a player of that caliber with the extra contracts for the whole year.

Approve
Seriously thought about and considered these and appreciated the discussion and rationale from Adam but decided it was not enough to warrant a veto.
