Rule 9E states "Once you post your Re-Signs/Releases, you may not trade in that sport until Free Agency begins the following week." This was a rule implemented due to the previous commissioner. Should we keep the rule the same, remove the rule and allow any changes to be made to a re-sign/release post up until the deadline (no restrictions), or remove the rule and allow trades only between teams in the same part of re-signs releases (with restrictions)? 3rd option would not allow a team that has posted to trade with another that has not but could with another that has.
If a change occurs then the new rule will start with the NFL re-sign/release period but will not apply to the upcoming MLB period.

As majority rules, rule 9E will be changed to allow altercations to a re-sign/release post and make any trades up until the deadline.
