Rule 10H has been added to the constitution based off a league wide poll. The following is the excerpt from the constitution.
"One MLB rookie that has surpassed the rookie limits is allowed to be tagged for the following year. This allows the rookie to remain on the minor league roster for an extra year and will still not cost the team any contracts. A team may not trade for Rookie Tags and must be posted in the Re-signs/Releases. A player that was tagged may be traded like normal. The Rookie Tag is only for MLB."
