Due to the NBA Minors Restructure voting, a change must be made to rule 10A in the league constitution to adjust the rookie limits. The previous rule stated the following:
"Rookie Limits: MLB - 130 At Bats or 50 Innings Pitched at Major League level; NFL - 200 Passing Attempts for QBs and 50 Rushing Attempts or Targets for RBs, WRs, TEs in regular season and playoffs; NBA - 800 Minutes Played in the NBA"
The rule will be updated to:
"Rookie Limits: MLB - 130 At Bats or 50 Innings Pitched at Major League level; NFL - 200 Passing Attempts for QBs and 50 Rushing Attempts or Targets for RBs, WRs, TEs in regular season and playoffs; NBA - 800 Fantasy Points in the NBA"
